1970-1971 Datsun 240z Series 1 Tool Compartments for storing Jack and Tire changing Tools
I wanted to document where the jack and tools are located in the Series 1 Datsun 240z. They are behind the seat and have plastic covers. The wheel chock below may be incorrect, I have also seen foldable chocks. Nissan changed the location of the tool storage in the 1972 Datsun 240z Series 2. They are located under the carpet on the rear deck. I think these cars were so popular, they changed the location so people could fit in the back.
